These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to services provided by Mind Unlimited Possibilities Ltd, where You as an individual ("Consumer") have purchased a Coaching service. Mind Unlimited Possibilities Ltd is a company registered in England (Company No. 16232345) with its registered office at 16 Carr Lane, Lowton, Warrington, England, WA3 1AQ. You may contact us via email at consulting@mind-up.net.
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill as described on our website. We reserve the right to change services, policies, and terms at any time. Please note that results depend on your own effort and mindset; we do not guarantee specific professional qualifications or employment outcomes.
To order, you must be 18, agree to these Terms, and provide accurate contact info. A binding agreement is formed once we send a confirmation email and receive your payment. We keep transaction records for 6 years per HMRC requirements.
The term begins when you first pay or sign up. Either party may terminate at any time via notice. If we terminate without cause, a prorated refund is issued. No refund is given if termination is due to a violation of our Terms.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. We accept credit cards and bank transfers. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or personal costs related to attending events (meals, travel, etc.).
If you purchase and sign consent at a place of business, the contract is "on-premises." Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period and automatic refund right do not apply in this specific scenario.
We collect contact and demographic data to provide our services. We do not pass personal data to external parties. While we use encryption, you acknowledge that no online transaction is 100% secure.
All materials and speeches are the property of Mind Unlimited Possibilities Ltd. You are granted a limited license for personal use but are not authorized to copy, sell, or record sessions without written permission.
Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the services. We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business-related damages (loss of profit). Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Complaints should be raised via https://mind-up.net/complaints/. These terms are governed by the law of England, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England.
